About The Position

We're looking for a data-driven performance marketer with 7+ years of experience to own and optimize our paid acquisition channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing B2B campaigns across multiple platforms to drive qualified leads and support our growth goals. As we prepare to launch our D2C product in 2026, you'll also play a key role in building out consumer acquisition strategies. This is a hands-on IC role where you'll have a direct impact on our customer acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing $300K+ monthly ad budgets
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase or similar tools
  • Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation
  • Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, sales funnel and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in an IC role at a startup or scaleup
  • Ability to rapidly move from strategic decision-making to hands-on execution
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wellness or aesthetics industries
  • Experience targeting the SMB market and/or D2C
  • Experience running campaigns on TikTok and Reddit
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Develop and test audience strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom segments
  • Manage ad spend budgets and optimize for efficient CAC and ROAS
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new products features, and industry best practices
  • Partner with Creative Director on ad creative strategy, copy, visuals, and landing page optimization
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Strategic tests on creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Partner with the Head of Growth Marketing on quarterly planning and budget allocation
  • Help build and execute paid acquisition strategy for upcoming D2C brand launch
