About The Position

The leader of the Revenue Marketing will play a critical role in driving the overall growth and profitability of nCino by aligning marketing efforts directly with revenue outcomes. This role will have both a Global and Regional remit and be responsible for both North America Field & Partner marketing and our Global Demand Generation COE. The Executive Director of Revenue Marketing must be a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of modern digital marketing (inbound and outbound channel) and performance and return on investment metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar field, 14+ years’ experience with running demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within B2B SaaS and 5+ years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and competencies
  • Proved tracked record in leading a growing high-performing teams that exceed organizational goals
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive real results
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication/presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed metrics and revenue goals
  • Strong presentation skills and a wiz at building PowerPoints
  • Excellent data analytics skills, including the ability to gather and manage large amounts of information, spot patterns within it, and draw conclusions and insights
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter with the ability to lead, mentor, develop and manage others

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or similar field
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation Systems, especially Marketo

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, while coaching and developing team members for long-term organizational success
  • Develop and execute comprehensive outbound and inbound demand generation strategies to meet or exceed MQL, pipeline and revenue targets
  • North America Field Marketing Lead North America Business development teams, ensure adoption of sales and BDG best practices, and drive accountability to help BDG teams meet and exceed their metrics
  • Provide strategic oversight of North American Field & Partner Marketing organization and partner with the NA sales & partner teams to optimize acquisition targets, lead generation, pipeline coverage, acceleration and alignment across account priorities, and overall alignment to business objectives
  • Own our NA lead generation and top of funnel acquisition strategies (inbound and outbound) across multiple audiences and mediums, overseeing execution and implementation, collaborating across the marketing organization
  • Support sales planning, account prioritization and sales and marketing alignment. Drive the marketing execution for target accounts (Field/ABM) within territories based on market data and revenue goals.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with partner organizations to foster collaboration, spearhead co-marketing initiatives, and identify new growth opportunities that drive business impact.
  • Develop a centralized campaign strategy for a global, scalable demand generation machine utilizing multiple channels and advanced targeting methods and manages global frameworks
  • Oversee execution and results of customer engagements throughout their lifecycle with global and scalable, intelligent nurtured programs and retargeting efforts
  • Aid in development and continual optimization of process and martech platforms needed to scale pipeline and measure outcomes
  • Set and maintain the digital marketing campaign framework ensuring the coordination, leverage, and interoperation of all marketing touchpoints and interactions
  • Own marketing performance metrics (KPIs), report on marketing effectiveness to leadership and management teams to optimize and improve campaign performance and ROI
