THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS As Director of Performance Enablement, you will own and execute a cross-functional enablement strategy designed to drive measurable improvements in performance at every level of the business. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a highly visible and collaborative leadership role. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure every team has the skills, tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional results. Our growth demands consistency, clarity, and speed to impact - this role exists to make performance scalable.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enablement, performance improvement, learning & development, or GTM operations, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions.
  • Deep experience building onboarding, product enablement, and skills development programs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute, iterate, and adapt quickly.
  • Experience partnering with both go-to-market and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in coaching, instructional design, or performance consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a unified enablement strategy that elevates performance across all departments.
  • Partner with functional leaders to understand performance gaps and deliver targeted enablement solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build scalable, role specific onboarding programs that accelerate time to performance across all teams.
  • Ensure onboarding experiences are data-informed, outcome driven, and continuously optimised.
  • Develop and maintain a centralised knowledge ecosystem that enables on-demand learning and performance support.
  • Ensure documentation and training content are aligned with business priorities and are consistently updated.
  • Lead enablement for product releases, ensuring teams can confidently position, support, and use new features.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear impactful training that improves product fluency and adoption across functions.
  • Build programs that develop core competencies and functional excellence, including selling skills, product knowledge, customer communication, and technical proficiency.
  • Partner with team leaders to implement scalable coaching frameworks that reinforce learning and performance drive sustained performance improvement.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, quota attainment, customer satisfaction, and support resolution metrics.
  • Continuously assess the impact of enablement initiatives and optimise based on data and feedback.
