The Director of People Operations is an influential leader who will partner with the Head of People and collaborate with interdepartmental leadership across the organization. The director will drive key initiatives in planning, directing and developing HR processes and organizational policies. They will directly and indirectly support every facet of the People Operations department; their work will be integral to supporting performance and development for both onsite and remote employees. The director will also be an important champion of the People Team’s ongoing cultivation of an inclusive, healthy, growth-oriented and fun company culture. This leadership role will also particularly own the administration of EO’s various safety program initiatives and regular performance management processes. They will regularly coordinate the communication of company updates and departmental meeting content. Their work supports the People Operations KPIs relating to learning and development, safety incident rates, and employee satisfaction. This position is required to be on-site 100% of the time.
