The Director of Payroll is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and oversight of the organization’s payroll or benefit operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across all locations. This role oversees payroll systems, processes, and staff while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations. The Director of Payroll partners closely with Human Resources and Accounting to support payroll integration, benefits deductions, reporting, and system file feeds. This role requires strong experience with ADP workforce payroll systems, reconciling files, data file feeds, Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and system management. This position will oversee general benefits and should have general tax knowledge.
