About The Position

The Director of Patient Access Marketing at DM Clinical Research is responsible for building and scaling a centralized, data-driven, AI-enabled patient acquisition engine that supports DM’s rapidly expanding multi-site network. This role owns top-of-funnel demand generation through enrollment conversion, ensuring that DM sites are consistently supplied with qualified, diverse, and study-ready patients—while maintaining cost discipline, regulatory compliance, and predictable enrollment performance for Sponsors and CRO partners. This leader serves as the strategic and operational bridge between Marketing, Patient Enrollment, Clinical Operations, Feasibility, and Business Development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences required
  • 7–10+ years in patient recruitment, healthcare marketing, or clinical research operations
  • Proven experience implementing data, analytics, and technology-enabled recruitment
  • Experience partnering with Ops, Enrollment, and BD teams
  • Demonstrated leadership in multi-site clinical research or healthcare networks
  • Strategic growth mindset with operational discipline
  • Strong command of CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to translate data into executive-level insights
  • Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills
  • Passion for innovation, AI, and scalable systems
