About The Position

RPM Healthcare is a fast-growing leader in remote patient monitoring and care management solutions. We partner with health systems and large practices nationwide to improve outcomes, drive revenue, and modernize patient engagement. We are building a best-in-class commercial organization and are looking for elite performers to join our growth engine. We are seeking a highly driven Director of Partnerships to fuel new business growth through high-volume outbound activity, disciplined pipeline management, and consultative selling. This role is for a proven healthcare sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for generating meetings, running discovery calls and demos, and advancing opportunities with senior healthcare executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (required)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and outbound prospecting
  • Highly polished communicator (phone, video, and email)
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Fearless in engaging executive-level decision makers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, or services (preferred)
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ calls per day)
  • Book and run discovery calls and product demos
  • Engage C-suite and senior leaders at health systems and large practices
  • Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic accounts
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets
  • Represent RPM Healthcare with professionalism and credibility
