You’ll join Classiq as Director of Partners & Channels to drive the growth of our quantum software platform. You’ll build and scale partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers, ecosystem partners, and channel networks across the Americas. Own joint go-to-market strategies, engage partner teams, and ensure Classiq is embedded in their plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, sales, or commercial operations, preferably in channel-focused industries.
  • Experience managing scaled partner channels in the Americas; strong hyperscaler network.
  • Background in quantum computing or deep tech preferred.
  • Existing relationships with major scalers/distributors.
  • Startup/scale-up experience; comfortable with fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise/hyperscaler tech sales cycles.
  • Collaborative, high-energy, self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate agreements with resellers, referral partners, VADs, ISVs, and tech partners.
  • Build joint GTM plans: roles, target segments, co-sell motions, value propositions, and success metrics.
  • Partner with marketing to leverage program benefits (MDF, rebates) and improve ROI.
  • Act as primary liaison for partner GTM and engineering teams; enable field teams on quantum use cases.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, certification, enablement, co-marketing, and solution mapping.
  • Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; set targets, monitor KPIs, resolve blockers.
  • Develop enablement programs: training, webinars, demos, workshops, incentives.
  • Collaborate with product/engineering on roadmap, integration, and co-innovation.
  • Represent Classiq at partner events and conferences; drive thought leadership.
  • Manage partner lifecycle: onboarding, growth, renewals, business reviews.
