At Speak4, we intentionally use the term “partner success” rather than “customer success.” Our clients are not just users of the platform, they are strategic partners, and we expect this role to treat them that way. We are seeking a Director of Partner Success to lead and scale this function. This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a small but high-performing team of three Partner Success Associates, while also owning key client relationships and driving retention, renewals, and upsell growth across the business. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into company performance and growth.
