Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA)   Lead and manage direct reports within the department  Manage implementation of the Parish Relations plan  Effectively manage cross-department relationships through strong communication, collaboration, and partnership development  Implement and manage initiatives that strengthen Catholic Charities’ partnership with parishes and diocesan ministries, ensuring coordinated efforts that advance CCFW’s mission    Parish Relationship Management   Own strong, cultivated collaborative relationships with pastors, parish staff and lay leaders  Create cultivation plans for highly engaged parishes to maintain engagement and identify next “Top 10” parishes to deeply engage  Develop and own strategies to increase and strengthen relationships with diocesan parishes and key diocesan ministries  Collaborate with program leadership to enhance service delivery to parishes and parish communities  Serve as the central point of contact into CCFW for pastors, parish staff, and lay leaders  Complete required documentation to maintain accurate record of parish activity, touchpoints, and development opportunities  Liaison to CCFW Client Services   Work collaboratively with parishes and program leaders and staff to ensure parishes can connect with appropriate programs according to parish needs and vision and established CCFW referral process  Possess strong, working knowledge of agency programs and be able to articulate available services in a way that facilitates use and referral pipeline  Respond to and resolve parish concerns promptly while maintaining clear communication and ensuring thorough follow-through.  Coordinate training opportunities and other convenings between CCFW staff and parish ministries  Effectively articulate CCFW’s commitment to solidarity and service through active engagement with key parishes and diocesan leaders   Fundraising and Advancement    D evelop and implement cultivation plans for diocesan parishes ensuring strong collaborations and partnerships  Work jointly with Advancement to integrate parishes into identified appeals and giving opportunities  Develop, build, and implement strong CCFW Weekend appeal through collaboration, facilitation, and engagement  Solicit individual parish gifts to support agency growth and program implementation throughout Diocese  Maintain accurate donor records and gift histories in donor software    Formation Opportunities   Develop and implement strategies to support formation of priests, seminarians, deacon candidates, and other lay leaders on CCFW’s mission, vision, and values  Cultivate opportunities for priests to engage in agency boards and committees as needed/required to help advance CCFW’s mission  Contribute to the agency’s efforts to provide spiritual development opportunities through weekly Masses, CST training, and other educational opportunities  Regularly participate in deanery meetings to solicit feedback to remain informed about changing regional needs and opportunities and provide big picture agency updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Progressive leadership experience (five+ years) of professional work experience in nonprofit development and leadership
  • Active in Catholic community; practicing Catholic highly preferred
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
  • Deep commitment to CCFW’s mission, vision, values and belief in the dignity and potential of every family
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and communication abilities
  • Strong understanding of Catholic Social Teaching as the foundational to the mission, vision, and values of CCFW
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships with tact, professionalism, and discipline
  • Familiarity with Raisers Edge or similar CRM
  • Travel within the 28-county Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish beneficial
