About The Position
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the development and implementation of RCA's outpatient services. Oversees all aspects of outpatient services at a single RCA facility provides clinical RCA training to Outpatient team, troubleshoots, and solves clinical problems.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in clinical specialty or related field
- Professional licensure in the state of operation required
- 5+ years' experience in an outpatient environment
- Management experience overseeing the work of other clinicians
- Experience with developing an outpatient practice
Responsibilities
- Follows program policies/procedures and evaluates mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards
- Oversees all aspects of outpatient services at RCA's facility.
- Advises the CEO of the facility
- Directs oversight of outpatient census within assigned areas, including ensuring adequate leads and/or direction where appropriate.
- Ensures site meets census/budgetary requirements
- Assist with managed care contracting with outpatient services
