About The Position

We are seeking a highly professional and relationship-driven leader to oversee a growing product-focused division. This role blends operations leadership with client-facing responsibility, managing key accounts and ensuring high-level service delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong client relationship management, operational leadership, and experience with products (buying/selling/import), with the ability to represent the company effectively with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer relationships, preferably with large accounts
  • Strong operational leadership experience
  • Background in product-based business (distribution, import, wholesale, etc.)
  • Ability to handle escalated client issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing small teams
  • Strong client-facing experience with large or high-value customers
  • Operational leadership experience
  • Product-based background (buying/selling/import/distribution)
  • Professional presence with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage escalations and maintain relationships

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Handle escalations and ensure high-level client satisfaction
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the division

  • Identify and implement improvements to support growth
  • Manage and develop a small customer service team
