About The Position
NAI Hallmark is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead the internal infrastructure of our growing commercial real estate firm. This role works directly with company leadership and oversees the systems, people, and processes that support our brokerage teams. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, HR, technology, and executive support.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations, office management, or HR
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems and technology
