About The Position

The Bake Lab is hiring a hands-on Director of Operations to lead culinary classes, workshops, and private events. This role is ideal for an organized, energetic leader who loves food, teaching, and creating great guest experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in culinary education, hospitality, or events
• Strong organization, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasons

Nice To Haves

• experience improving operations or scaling programs
• community or local marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage class schedules and private events
• Coordinate instructors, guest chefs, and special workshops
• Oversee day-to-day classroom operations and event execution
• Teach classes and lead, train, and support instructors
• Improve systems, workflows, and inventory organization
• Ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience for all guests
