About The Position

ProEdge is seeking a Director of Operations to scale our manufacturing and supply chain operations by architecting continuous improvement and systems thinking for predictable, repeatable, and efficient processes, all while furthering a team-first culture. This leader will own all core operations functions, including manufacturing, assembly, shipping, receiving, lab operations, inventory, and procurement. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-growing organization. Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and improving manufacturing and shipping processes, clarifying accuracy of labor absorption, capacity, and costing by 6 months
  • Optimize processes throughout operations, adding to cumulative earnings/cost-avoidance over the next 3 years
  • Within 18 months, develop operations culture into continuous improvement, high-performance team, and drive top-tier manufacturing employee engagement scores (eNPS above 60).
  • Establishing capacity planning models, balancing labor, equipment, and materials to handle 40% demand spikes, enabling the company to scale mixed fulfillment models without disruptions.
  • Crafting a data-driven 3-year operations roadmap that improves operational costs by 10-15%, without compromising team health, customer quality, or regulatory compliance
  • Analyzing top 20 raw materials by spend, identifying price trends over 3 years, and renegotiating contracts while maintaining quality standards.
  • Integrate new or modified products into production processes with 98% FPY within 6 months of launches
