A growing education services organization is seeking a Director of Operations to support the day-to-day execution of its Education Services division. This role is focused less on high-level strategy and more on strong execution. The right person will be detail-oriented, highly organized, operationally sharp, and able to keep a department running smoothly with a high degree of accuracy, compliance, and follow-through. This is a strong fit for someone in the broader healthcare / education / child services space who is a solid operator, understands how to manage details and people at the same time, and can work effectively with schools, families, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution within the education Services division
• Maintain high standards around compliance, documentation, funding, and efficiency
• Track details closely and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support customer service and stakeholder communication across the department
• Manage a small but growing team
• Coordinate with schools, internal teams, and Department of Education contacts
• Support implementation of new programs, funding sources, and departmental processes
• Conduct operational research and help set up new initiatives at the department level
