About The Position

Sun Valley Academy is seeking dynamic and collaborative leaders to support the operational success of our schools. Our operations leaders ensure that systems, facilities, and logistics run efficiently so that students and educators can focus on learning and achievement. As the Director of Operations, you will serve as the operational and facilities leader for the school, working closely with the Principal and administrative team. This role is responsible for overseeing campus operations, facilities management, logistics, and operational systems that support a safe, efficient, and high-performing learning environment. The Director of Operations reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

  • Writes in a coherent and professional manner.
  • Present information to others.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Educational Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory, administrative, operations, or facilities leadership experience in an education, corporate, or government organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, planning operations, and coordinating teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and operational priorities.
  • Experience working with diverse communities, families, or student populations.
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
