About The Position
The Director of Operations oversees all aspects of daily manufacturing activities, including production, supply chain, facilities, maintenance, and continuous improvement. This role ensures operational efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery while fostering a strong safety culture and a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in plant or operations management.
- Proven success leading process improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with P&L accountability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and supplier performance.
- Manage budgets, capital projects, and key operational metrics.
- Build, mentor, and develop a strong, engaged leadership team.
