About The Position
The Director of Operations is accountable for the leadership, direction, and implementation of services in assigned departments for the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Clinician Group. Scope may include clinics in primary care, specialty care, and surgical services and/or hospital departments that fall under the Clinician Group. In collaboration with medical and administrative leaders, ensures the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care and that key organizational goals are met. The Director promotes high levels of experience and engagement with patients, providers, and associates by proactively addressing concerns through meaningful measures and interventions. They are responsible for collaboration with other departments across CSV and CHRISTUS Health to develop and implement plans, achieve goals, and promote sustainable growth.
