Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in psychiatric or behavioral healthcare operations
- Deep expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation, and quality improvement methodologies
- A collaborative, strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Division Quality Directors
- Drive regulatory readiness and survey success (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF, state/federal standards)
- Strengthen patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with facility, division, and corporate leadership
- Support growth initiatives including new facility openings, expansions, and acquisitions
- Champion innovation and best‑practice adoption across quality and compliance functions
