SUMMARY The Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and execution of all operational functions of the company. This role oversees the GSE rental fleet, parts management, maintenance and repair operations, logistics coordination, and overall field operations across multiple sites. The Director of Operations ensures operational excellence, maximizes equipment uptime and utilization, drives cost efficiencies, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
