The Director of Operations at Pawnee Mental Health is responsible for providing operational oversight, designing and overseeing operational systems that enable the effective, efficient delivery of a diverse array of business functions. This role involves working with multidisciplinary clinical teams to structure client-centered, team-based care delivery systems. The Director of Operations is strategically astute, focusing on developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the highest quality outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Director of Operations will possess a strong background in communication strategies, promoting, explaining, driving, and enforcing productivity standards across all programs. The position requires inter-departmental collaboration, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, Director of Quality, Director of Marketing, and Compliance Officer, using a balanced and collaborative approach across the organization. The Director of Operations partners with referral sources, state/federal agencies, and trade organizations to ensure access to care, continuity of care, and business operations. This role is expected to prioritize the agency’s overall best interests, be an active participant and advisor to the senior management team. It requires a self-starter who is strategic yet hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Director of Operations oversees functions including facilities, transportation, IT, vendor/contract management, and practice management.
