About The Position
As Director of Operations, you`ll partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, finances, HR and program support. You`ll lead staff, streamline systems, and ensure the organization continues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services to the community.

- Manage budgets, compliance and resources
- Support and develop staff, building a culture of accountability and care
- Strengthen systems, policies and infrastructure to support growth
