This role is responsible for overseeing the Engage Management operations team, ensuring they perform their duties as outlined in their Role Descriptions. The Director will work to achieve operational objectives set by ownership and leadership, and will be expected to be familiar with and report on the State of Asset Portfolios. The position involves collaboration with the President on annual meetings and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency. Key aspects include leading the implementation of operational initiatives, staying informed about the overall business environment, negotiating and tracking operational contracts, coordinating responses to legal actions, monitoring and facilitating new property start-ups, and fostering a culture that reflects the company's values. The Director will also serve as a backup for the Executive Team and is required to complete all necessary training.
