About The Position

Executive management position

Oversight of outpatient clinical operations, electronic health record (EHR) administration, Florida State Reporting of client data and services, and internal Project Management.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
• 10 years of professional experience with the target population
• 10 years of behavioral health management experience

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Management Team
• Develop and implement Strategic Action Plans and responses
• Oversees the administration of all outpatient programs and services
• Hires and trains outpatient management staff and client data specialists under direct supervision, identifies staff training needs, and ensures all employees complete required trainings and certifications for their job duties
• Assumes responsibility for system design and administration of the electronic health record (EHR) and its components, including telehealth, electronic prescribing, data reporting, and electronic billing
• Determines structure and staffing of outpatient programs and EHR support staff for optimal responsiveness to community needs, staff productivity, and adherence to budgets
• Assumes responsibility for continued awareness of Federal and State regulations as well as AHCA and other funder requirements for compliance with the provision of all outpatient and client data management activities provided by the agency and ensures that staff follow requirements and guidelines and are kept aware of changes
• Coordinates with community partners and stakeholders to facilitate effective outcomes for clients
