Join our team as the Director of Operations and lead a compassionate, community-focused home care organization dedicated to making a real difference in seniors’ lives. Serving Buffalo, Erie, and Niagara County, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a person-centered service that promotes independence, well-being, and dignity for our clients. In this rewarding leadership role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, inspire and develop a dedicated, high-performing team—including staff supervision, caregiver recruitment, retention, and engagement—and ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality in-home support. We’re looking for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a blend of business and managerial expertise, and a genuine passion for working with seniors. Experience in elder care or care coordination is a plus.
