About The Position

Join Agape Care Group as a Director of Operations (RN) and lead with a commitment to creating meaningful patient experiences and providing top-quality hospice and palliative care. In this role, you will plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, organizational policies, procedures, and established goals/budgets. You will also be responsible for your assigned branch’s financial success and drive growth through active involvement in sales and marketing activities. Agape Care Group is a regional leader in hospice and palliative care, serving patients across multiple states including South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Virginia. Requirements

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Current state license as a registered nurse
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment
  • 2 years of hospice experience required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred
  • Healthcare management and supervisory experience in home health or hospice environment (preferred)
