About The Position

Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH), is growing and we are now seeking a Director of Operations, Corporate Compliance. Reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Treasure Coast Community Health, the Director of Operations, Corporate Compliance will oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare center and provide support to the EVP related to the strategic focus of the organization. Treasure Coast Community Health has been serving the Indian River County community on Florida's East Coast for over 30 years with a mission to provide accessible, cost effective, high quality, comprehensive healthcare to all people, regardless of their socio-economic circumstances. TCCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated patient care services in primary care, behavioral health, women's health and dentistry. At present, we have eight centers, and we are continuing to expand to meet the needs of our community. Requirements

Master's Degree preferred or combination of experience and education with minimum three years prior Healthcare Administrator or Director of Operations experience required.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent education and experience in healthcare required, ambulatory services preferred.
