Position is remote, with travel to Pennsauken and for BAYADA off-site meetings as necessary. Close proximity to Pennsauken, NJ is preferred, and those located nearby would follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office 1–2 times per week. Position Summary The Director of Compliance and Risk provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s Compliance Office. This role is responsible for managing and advancing the Compliance and Ethics Program, with a strong emphasis on data-driven risk management and the implementation of technology solutions that enhance program efficiency, visibility, and overall effectiveness.
