About The Position
A large, established Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization providing behavioral health services across multiple locations is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and scale operations across two states. The organization is focused on operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The Director of Operations/COO will lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and support expansion across multi-site ABA services. This role oversees regional operations, clinical support teams, and infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalable growth. This is a senior leadership role balancing strategy and hands-on operational execution.

- Strong healthcare or ABA multi-site operations leadership experience
- Proven ability to scale operations across multiple locations or regions
- Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory environments

Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance across multi-site ABA services in two states
- Drive growth initiatives, expansion, and operational scalability
- Oversee regional managers, administrative teams, and operational staff
- Ensure compliance with state, payer, and regulatory requirements
- Implement KPIs, reporting structures, and performance metrics
- Improve operational workflows, staffing models, and service delivery
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy and expansion plans
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and financial performance
- Standardize processes across locations to improve efficiency
