Execution & Tactical Planning: Translate organizational objectives into detailed project workplans, including clear sequencing, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. PMO Leadership: Lead high-stakes transformational initiatives. You must be able to go "two layers deep" into any problem to ensure execution matches the intended strategy. Account Recovery (Go-To-Green): Own the "Go-To-Green" (GTG) process for at-risk clients. Establish a rigorous cadence for monitoring metrics and intervening with actionable recovery plans. Collaborative Architecture: Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that improve efficiency, ensuring these solutions are "sticky" and well-integrated into daily operations. Stakeholder Influence: Navigate complex people dynamics—particularly with physicians and senior leadership—to negotiate and drive change management. Key Measurements of Success Operational Metric Delta: Quantifiable improvement in KPIs (e.g., revenue capture, physician productivity). Portfolio Health: Successful conversion of "At-Risk" or "Red" accounts to "Green" status within defined timelines. Execution Rigor: Accuracy of project timelines and the successful delivery of defined workstream outcomes. Functional Competencies (What we are looking for) Quantitative Sharpness: Ability to "speak in numbers" and prioritize analysis based on financial or operational impact. Structured Problem Solving: Evidence of using frameworks (MECE, Fishbone, etc.) to diagnose problems rather than jumping to generic answers. Healthcare Intuition: A deep understanding of healthcare delivery, RCM metrics, and the nuances of physician group operations. Desired Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). Seven (7) plus years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, in the healthcare sector. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics. Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer-provider dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends.
