The Director of Operational Enablement will direct all aspects of Operational Technology (OT) deployment and lifecycle management in data centers, ensuring the implementation of robust operational standards and seamless integration with new and existing systems. This role involves leading the design of operational and security systems for new and existing data centers, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, future scalability, and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring policies related to patch management and operational standards for critical OT and infrastructure systems, as well as establishing, documenting, and routinely updating physical security and keying standards to protect data center infrastructure and assets. The role also involves ensuring data center operations and systems designs are fully compliant with internal policies, industry standards (such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and addressing operational and security risks. Additionally, the Director will mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence through innovation, robust systems design, and quality improvement initiatives.
