Responsibilities

  • Operational Technology (OT) Oversight: Direct all aspects of OT deployment and lifecycle management in data centers, ensuring the implementation of robust operational standards and seamless integration with new and existing systems.
  • Systems Design: Lead the design of operational and security systems for new and existing data centers, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, future scalability, and industry best practices.
  • Patching & Standards: Develop, implement, and monitor policies related to patch management and operational standards for critical OT and infrastructure systems.
  • Physical Security Standards: Establish, document, and routinely update physical security and keying standards to protect data center infrastructure and assets.
  • Operational Improvements & Reporting: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes; establish and track KPIs and deliver regular performance and risk reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, architecture, and security—to ensure consistency and alignment in systems design, operational standards, and physical infrastructure.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure data center operations and systems designs are fully compliant with internal policies, industry standards (such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and regulatory requirements; proactively identify and address operational and security risks.
  • Leadership: Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence through innovation, robust systems design, and quality improvement initiatives.
