About the Role As Director of Oncology Services, you will: Direct quality improvement initiatives, manage all accreditation and reaccreditation processes, and oversee multidisciplinary cancer conferences. Ensure all oncology programs are evidence-based and compliant with standards from The Joint Commission, the American College of Surgeons, NCCN, NAPBC, and NAPRC. Provide operational leadership for Clinical Research, Cancer Registry, and co-lead the Comprehensive Lung Program. Support the Vice President of Oncology with data-driven insights to inform vision, strategy, and tactical planning. Oversee the Referral to Care Program with Penn Medicine, ensuring seamless patient access to advanced care. Oversee accurate cancer data reporting and analytics to inform planning and performance. Provide administrative oversight for CME activities and partnerships with Penn Medicine. Manage budgets, policies, and resources to achieve operational excellence. Requirements

  • BSN or bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business or Quality focus).
  • Current NJ RN license required.
  • Minimum 2–5 years in healthcare quality and data analytics, including people management.
  • Leadership experience required; oncology experience preferred.
  • Accreditation, registry, and clinical research oversight experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Oncology Certified Nurse preferred.
  • Professional certification in quality or healthcare management desirable.
