About the Role As Director of Oncology Services, you will: Direct quality improvement initiatives, manage all accreditation and reaccreditation processes, and oversee multidisciplinary cancer conferences. Ensure all oncology programs are evidence-based and compliant with standards from The Joint Commission, the American College of Surgeons, NCCN, NAPBC, and NAPRC. Provide operational leadership for Clinical Research, Cancer Registry, and co-lead the Comprehensive Lung Program. Support the Vice President of Oncology with data-driven insights to inform vision, strategy, and tactical planning. Oversee the Referral to Care Program with Penn Medicine, ensuring seamless patient access to advanced care. Oversee accurate cancer data reporting and analytics to inform planning and performance. Provide administrative oversight for CME activities and partnerships with Penn Medicine. Manage budgets, policies, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
