The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the John B Amos OP Cancer Center, IP Oncology unit, and other clinical services as assigned. They will be responsible for providing managerial leadership and administrative direction for the Oncology clinical service line of Columbus Regional Healthcare System. Responsible for human resources functions, including hiring, evaluating employee performance, counseling, and termination of staff. Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality care and ensuring full compliance with TJC and other regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in work-related field Required
  • Master’s Degree in related field of study (MHA, MBA, MSHA, etc.) Required
  • 3 years clinical experience Required
  • 5 years managerial experience Required
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure If RN, RN Licensure by the Georgia State Boardof Nursing. Upon Hire Required
