Requirements

Caring & compassionate attitude for others
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to connect with residents, families, and coworkers
Strong ability to problem solve and communicate complex issues
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Nursing experience (assisted living, elderly care, long term care, and/or memory care)
Must have and maintain throughout employment a Registered Nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Organizing, directing, and overseeing the care of our residents in compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations with the goal of providing the best resident care and outcomes.
