What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate hospice services for patients and families. Supervise interdisciplinary team members (nurses, social workers, chaplains, etc.). Oversee admissions, care planning, and compliance with state/federal regulations. Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
  • 1+ years of field hospice experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and understanding of Hospice and Palliative Care.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
  • Experience in hospice, home health, med/surg, or oncology is a plus.

Responsibilities
