Job Highlights: Starting Pay: from $100,000/year To qualify for the Director of Nursing position, you must have: Five (5) years of nursing experience in a behavioral health setting Five (5) years of supervisory experience This Opportunity: The Director of Nursing, Crisis & Urgent Care Services oversees and ensures the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of Monarch’s nursing staff across Cabarrus FBC, PRTF, and BHUC services. They will be responsible for creating nursing staff models that optimize care for the people Monarch supports. The Director of Nursing Services for Cabarrus will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of all nursing personnel. They will work closely with Cabarrus leadership to promote effective teamwork at each Monarch Behavioral Health site. They will serve as a role model and champion for all nursing personnel.
