About The Position
A facility located near Lexington, NE is seeking a Director of Nursing – Behavioral Health Services to join their team! Director of Nursing – Behavioral Health Services Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position Schedule: Monday – Friday, days The director of nursing – behavioral health services will manage and facilitate nursing care for designated patient populations by serving as a real-time clinical expert for unit staff and physicians for escalated problem-solving on patients, processes, and family issues. They operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management and resource utilization
Requirements
- Nebraska RN Licensure
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience
