Location: Cincinnati, OH Company: Attend Home Care - Ohio What You Will Do: Lead and support the clinical team to ensure excellent, patient-centered care Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with home health regulations and standards Develop, update, and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs Provide training, coaching, and performance support for nurses and field staff Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new clinical staff Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and the interdisciplinary team Monitor patient care plans and outcomes to ensure safety and effectiveness Handle escalated patient or family concerns with professionalism and compassion Prepare for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews Help shape the agency’s growth and clinical direction as we expand

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Strong leadership experience in home health, hospice, or a similar healthcare setting
• Excellent understanding of state and federal home health regulations
• Experience managing clinical teams and improving quality of care
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and support a diverse team
• A passion for patient safety, excellence, and continuous improvement
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow with an expanding agency

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure excellent, patient-centered care
