About The Position

At South Haven, our Director of Nursing plays a vital leadership
role--interacting daily with residents, families, guests, and team members to
ensure exceptional care and a vibrant, positive environment. We are looking for
a compassionate, driven nursing leader who is committed to delivering the
highest quality care, building strong relationships, and inspiring a team of
dedicated caregivers.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license
• CPR Certification
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• High personal integrity, a caring attitude, and a professional, positive presence
• A passion for serving others and leading by example

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nursing and caregiving professionals
• Ensure high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, and excellent service delivery
• Foster a positive, resident-centered culture grounded in respect, integrity, and teamwork
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and internal teams to promote outstanding outcomes
