We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON ) to lead our nursing team and help our facility continue to thrive. If you're a proven SNF/LTC DON or ADON with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality care, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active Texas RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year nursing leadership experience in SNF/LTC (DON or ADON)
• Strong knowledge of SNF regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Passion for serving the geriatric population

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations
• Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Oversee staffing, workflows, and nursing department structure
• Support resident care planning and discharge processes
• Report department operations to the Administrator
