About The Position

Director of Nursing Services (RN) Trinity Terrace is looking for an experienced nurse to head our Skilled Nursing Facility as the Director of Nursing (RN) . We are seeking an energetic, organized and compassionate leader to support our dynamic healthcare team! Trinity Terrace is a beautiful and vibrant senior living community that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years. Trinity Terrace offers care and support in various areas such as Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. We are very proud of our history, our established reputation for excellence, and our community's long-standing financial stability. Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000/year ; DOE Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm)

Requirements

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas (or compact license).
Requires completion of nursing program from an accredited college or university.
Two (2) to three (3) years' leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
Current and valid CPR certification.
Requires supervisory management, leadership skills and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
