Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role leads Regional Nurse Administrators and collaborates closely with executive and clinical leadership; driving nursing excellence through policy development, workforce strategy, quality improvement, and system-wide clinical integration. While not directly supervising all nursing staff, this role holds significant influence over workflows, standards, and care delivery models across clinical teams.
