Rakhma Homes, Minnesota's leading provider of compassionate dementia care since 1984, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Health Services to join our growing team. (Location: Minneapolis, MN or St. Paul, MN) In this rewarding role, you will: Lead a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional, person-centered care for our residents in a warm and nurturing home setting. Develop and oversee care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet residents' individual needs. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, empowering staff to deliver excellent dementia care. Ensure a safe and secure living environment, upholding all regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with residents' families, keeping them informed and involved in their loved one's care. Participate in budget development and enjoy a flexible work schedule with on-call support shared amongst the team. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota with at least 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in dementia or elderly care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of those with dementia.
  • Proficient in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with assisted living preferred. (LALD appreciated)
