Requirements

Current RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or a similar healthcare setting (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion and commitment to serving the senior population.
Current CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal.
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care and wellness programs to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.
Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Conduct and review resident assessments and care plans, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with state regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments to coordinate care and maintain communication.
Monitor medication management, infection control practices, and documentation accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies.
Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage as needed.
