About The Position
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing DON. Responsibilities Direct overall operation of the nursing department Assist in creating and executing policies and procedures Ensures proper nursing documentation and conducts regular chart audits Participates in discharge planning, development and implementation of care plans, and resident assessments
Requirements
- RN License
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care facility experience required
- Highly organized and driven
- Problem solving focused
