We are looking for a hands-on clinical leader who is visible in the field—supporting nurses, strengthening facility relationships, and ensuring that patient care is delivered at the highest level. Role Overview The Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations (DNCO) is a Registered Nurse responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and quality of clinical services across both home and facility-based care. This is a field-engaged leadership role , combining: Clinical oversight Team development Operational execution Relationship management You will lead a multidisciplinary team including: RN Case Managers Hospice Aides Social Workers Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinators Volunteers You may also maintain a limited caseload as needed.
