The Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations (DNCO) is a Registered Nurse responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and quality of clinical services across both home and facility-based care. This is a field-engaged leadership role, combining: Clinical oversight Team development Operational execution Relationship management You will lead a multidisciplinary team including: RN Case Managers Hospice Aides Social Workers Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinators Volunteers You may also maintain a limited caseload as needed. You are not managing from a distance—you are leading in the field You will directly influence patient experience, team performance, and referral relationships This is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance position You will help define the standard of care and communication for the organization The best clinical leaders don’t sit behind desks—they show up when it matters most.
