About The Position

Wieland Healthcare is hiring a Director of National Sales to lead our U.S. sales strategy and accelerate growth in the healthcare market. If you're a proven sales leader who knows how to build strategy, lead teams, and strengthen national channels, this is your opportunity to deliver results across major healthcare accounts.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of national or large-scale sales leadership (healthcare or manufacturing preferred).
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and channel performance.
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a collaborative, accountable leadership style.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced business degree a plus.
  • This is an on-site leadership role located at Wieland’s headquarters in New Haven, Indiana, near Fort Wayne. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

  • Drive national go-to-market strategy across dealer, A&D, and healthcare systems.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales management and sales team.
  • Grow market share through strong customer insights, market analysis, and competitive strategy.
  • Oversee major account initiatives, including GPOs, VA IDIQ, GSA, and large healthcare systems.
  • Guide sales enablement, CRM tools, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Development on new product launches and market initiatives.
