About The Position

Wieland Healthcare is hiring a Director of National Sales to lead our U.S. sales strategy and accelerate growth in the healthcare market. If you're a proven sales leader who knows how to build strategy, lead teams, and strengthen national channels, this is your opportunity to deliver results across major healthcare accounts.

Requirements

7–10+ years of national or large-scale sales leadership (healthcare or manufacturing preferred).
Proven success driving revenue growth and channel performance.
Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a collaborative, accountable leadership style.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced business degree a plus.
This is an on-site leadership role located at Wieland’s headquarters in New Haven, Indiana, near Fort Wayne. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

Drive national go-to-market strategy across dealer, A&D, and healthcare systems.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales management and sales team.
Grow market share through strong customer insights, market analysis, and competitive strategy.
Oversee major account initiatives, including GPOs, VA IDIQ, GSA, and large healthcare systems.
Guide sales enablement, CRM tools, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
Partner with Marketing and Product Development on new product launches and market initiatives.
